Our quality control team consists of 8 highly experienced professionals who are well-versed in raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, finished-product inspection and packaging verification.
Experience: Our QC personnel apply established inspection procedures to check materials, dimensions, moisture content, workmanship, packaging and order information at the relevant production stages.

Through systematic inspection and production follow-up, our QC team helps ensure that each order meets the approved specifications before shipment.
Quality is controlled before, during and after production. From incoming bamboo and wooden materials to finished products, packaging and shipment, Ancheng applies defined inspection checkpoints to help maintain consistent quality across bulk orders.
We establish long-term partnerships with raw material suppliers following a rigorous vetting process. Upon arrival of each batch of raw materials at the Ancheng incoming goods inspection area, our staff conduct visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with strict quality standards and perform FSC traceability checks to ensure the materials meet our company’s requirements. Qualified materials are registered in the warehouse, and unqualified ones are returned or processed.
During the production process, the quality inspector will conduct quality inspections on semi-finished products and key processes in production to ensure that the products produced by each process meet the quality standards. The inspection covers cutting dimensions and tolerances, split edges, burrs, missing material, surface contamination and semi-finished product condition. This step may include sampling inspections and tests during the process to detect problems in time and avoid the continued circulation of unqualified products.
After production is completed, the finished products must be fully inspected by the quality inspector to confirm that they meet the quality standards. Products with cracks, mold, insect holes, burrs, splinters, stains, deformation, discoloration, missing edges or other visible defects are removed. Only accepted products proceed to packaging.
Before the finished products are shipped, the quality inspector needs to reconfirm the quality status of the products to be shipped and ensure that the products shipped meet customer or market requirements. Inspectors verify product quantities, packaging cleanliness and condition, labels, batch numbers, order information, carton marks, and outer-carton condition against the approved order requirements.
