Quality Control

Quality Control from Material to Packaging

Quality Control

We implement rigorous quality control measures throughout our entire production process. From carefully selecting raw materials to meticulous packaging, our dedicated team conducts thorough inspections, utilizing advanced testing equipment to verify product safety and durability. We adhere to strict international standards, guaranteeing that each item leaving our facility meets the highest quality benchmarks, certificated by BRC/9001/FSC/SEDEX/BSCI. This comprehensive approach ensures that our customers receive only the finest disposable cutlery products.

Quality Assurance from Raw Materials

After receiving the purchased raw materials, the warehouse conducts a preliminary check on the arrival of the goods, such as the quantity of goods and whether the appearance is intact, and confirms the relevant warehousing vouchers. The inspector inspects the raw materials according to the quality standards to ensure that the materials meet the company's requirements. Qualified materials are registered in the warehouse, and unqualified ones are returned or processed.

Low Defective Rate

During the production process, the quality inspector will conduct quality inspections on semi-finished products and key processes in production to ensure that the products produced by each process meet the quality standards. This step may include sampling inspections and tests during the process to detect problems in time and avoid the continued circulation of unqualified products.

Inspection Before Warehousing

After production is completed, the finished products must be fully inspected by the quality inspector to confirm that they meet the quality standards.

Inspection Before Delivery

Before the finished products are shipped, the quality inspector needs to reconfirm the quality status of the products to be shipped, ensure that the products shipped meet customer or market requirements, and verify details such as packaging and labeling.
