Buyers can select from Ancheng’s existing product range and customize applicable dimensions, thickness, shape, color, surface finish and packaging according to the product material and manufacturing requirements.
When an existing product cannot meet the required structure or application, our team can evaluate drawings, specifications or physical samples and develop a dedicated design and mold for production.
Available branding processes include printing, laser engraving, embossing, debossing and hot stamping. Pantone references and food-grade inks can be used according to the product, artwork and required visual effect.
Inner and outer packaging can be coordinated with the product and target market, including individual packs, sleeves, bags, boxes, labels, barcodes, master cartons and mixed-SKU packing arrangements.
Product appearance, dimensions, moisture content and applicable order requirements are reviewed during production and before finished products enter packing.
Products are packed according to the confirmed pack count, product combination, branding, inner packaging and export carton requirements.
Finished products, quantities, packaging and applicable carton information are reviewed before the order is released for shipment. A self-inspection report can be prepared according to the order requirements.
